my good man, this is how lots of people communicate in earnest on social media. its absolutely fucking unbearable but it is the truth. Garcia's on a cocktail of who knows what at pretty much all times so his erratic behavior, reprehensible statements and general fuckery are just another day in his life. i dont think he's gonna be in good shape five years from now if he keeps doing what he is doing.

part of me thinks Haney shouldnt have even filed this lawsuit, he shouldve just left Garcia in the dust and moved on with his career. Haney already got money for Garcia missing weight, he retained his belt and the fight is a NC. the lawsuit itself brings more attention to Garcia. also didnt the WBC expel Garcia because of his vitriol towards LGBT people and Muslims? if they fought again it would have to be sanctioned by another belt organization.

I'm honestly shocked that Caleb Plant was the only person to demonstrate on him at an event so far.

I don't think it's soft, you have to look at it from Bill Haney's perspective....Ryan Garcia materially damaged Devin's earning potential by cheating. Winning a lawsuit will not only be a big moral victory that will further taint the credibility of the Garcia "win", but Devin stands to make serious $$ from this in damages. I'm sure they've consulted lawyers and have determined they have a real chance of winning. Ryan Garcia will probably make tens of millions in future earnings, a court can easily order him to pay damages up to $10M to Devin which can be garnished off Ryan's future earnings. Thats serious dough. Is going after $10M soft? No, it's smart.

The drugs found in Garcia’s system (Ostarine) specifically allows for a rapid reduction in weight without sacrificing muscle mass. Haney meanwhile was drained because he actually made title fight weight without shortcuts meaning loss of muscle quality. You have to be brain dead to argue that drugs didn’t help him Garcia win that fight. If Garcia doesn’t take osterine and actually has to make weight the correct way those left hooks aren’t as snappy and powerful.
