-bit of jump rope
-did few sets of 5 of pull ups/chin ups...felt pathetically weak...
-did couple sets of singles with 1 arm pull ups with 40lb counterbalanced on the rope....
-managed almost a rep with 40lb strapped to me with a rope....yea i was very weak today....prolly because I did pull ups friday...
about this point 2 guys showed up....one around 140, the other 160....18 and 20(thought they wer 15-16).....both pretty much assumed i was a boxer so I didnt want to disappoint them....and i was told i was 'swole'.....I asked them if they did others forms of lifting outside of their few sets of pull ups.....'nope...we're really against weight lifting...we're more into bw training...it's better for you'....asked if I did cleans and presses...which by the very fact that they even knew what those were raised my opinion of them(told them I did them once in a while but primarily squats, deadlifts, bench, ohp)...told them they better hit some deadlifts, squats, and ohp if they want to get stronger...they wont...i know it...
-did 20,20,20,40 close hand push ups..
-did 5 sets of 20 of band crunches and hip thusts(came up with it on the fly....I hang a band over the pull up bar..and used the bands resistance to crunch/bend at the waist and go with my hands between my legs....then as I came up I thrust my hips and rose up on my toes)
-3 sets of 20 of bw squats....good times..went below parallel...
-couple sets of singles of pistols....i held on slightly with right while going atg...went parallel with left while holding against the bar a bit more...
-did some stretching of quads, hams, calves, groin...

-groin is feeling progressively better...::knock on wood:::
-got my supps today...fish oil capsules, cissus, celadrin, rhodiala,and beta-alanine...
