yep. you can gain over 10lb in water weight from creatine easy.

Felt pretty good today endurance wise....i think there's something to beta-alanine....i just take quarter-tspn with sip of water....has a very mild sweet taste almost....dissolves almost instantly in my mouth....really hope i didnt get micronized sugar or something...would be pretty funny if i did...havent got the tingles yet...but I think I am only taking 1-2g per serving...

Talk to Bubble Boy. He is, obviously, the highlight wiz. I know he pulled all the vids off of youtube, but I'm not sure how/ what programs he used.

Decided to do a grip workout:

-few attempts at blob50 with both hands...I am getting close to budging it with right hand....a bit more off left hand...lifted blob with each hand and assistance from the other thumb-index fingers...held for about 10 sec...
-ripped 2 hard 50 card stacks...got the rip halfway rested 5-10 minutes then finished it off quickly...did it on both 50 card rips
-quick 20-30 1/2 card rips
:stronger pinching is definitely helping a lot ..

Grippers:
HG200 -2 top finger closes each hand for a rep...then forced close and hold each hand with bottom 2...
BBE-got it within 3/16-1/4 right hand from about parallel, went nowhere with left, did a forced close against the leg and shitty neg..
#3- 2+1 reps from parallel right hand, within 1/16th on 3rd rep....got it to about 1/4" left hand from parallel
#3-3+0 reps right hand from parallel then 5 sec hold, got it within , forced close and hold from 1/8" left hand for about 5 sec
#3-1 rep+10 sec hold right hand from parallel, forced close left hand and held shut from about 1/8" for about 5 sec...
-getting stronger with left hand at holding gripper almost closed....right hand felt very strong

HG400- 1 rep from ~1" with right hand with top 2 fingers, did a forced close with top 2 fingers left hand and a neg...

got to gym around 8 but mostly fucked around then observed and practiced some bjj submissions...

Military Presses:
45-5 reps
135-5 reps
155-5 reps
175-5 reps

-20 bw squats..warm up
-did a bit of stretching..
-did 50 bw squats while watching guys practice bjj...did it in about a min or min and half....pretty happy with it....
-BA is kicking ass...felt mild tingling in the face when i took 1/2 tspn yesterday...took 1/4 before...taking about 2-4g daily...
-kicked/punched heavy bag today a bit....practiced snapping/exploding with my kicks....

10pm END..

-showed couple people my #3...closed it for a fairly easy rep right hand...was surprised that i could do it after yesterdays grip workout...
-friend told me about unlimited use of krav maga facilities for 89$....access to classes 7 days a week....they teach krav maga, some sambo/judo/bjj along with it....seems pretty decent price?

-todays It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was great...Zero catch the replay at midnight or 1am...it was great...'serial killer episode'....
 
That is a better price than anything around here for that type of access. I'd go for it.
I predict that BA will be a permenant addition to your stack once its fully in effect.
I order some ephedrine for myself. Since taking the Reset AD, I think it will be of some use now that my tolerance to stims is down. What was it you took to take the edge off of stime? Magnesium?

-went to a park near me. Realized I didnt need to drive across the city to the pull ups. There's a really nice park near my house about a mile or less from my house. So i want and explored it a bit.

-5 explosive pull ups
-10 pull ups..still not feeling to good on these...barely got 10
-10 chin ups

-10 press outs(top 1/2 of muscle up) over the bar with bar against lower chest
-10 press outs

-2x15 of bw face pulls using a low pull up bar
-2x10 bw rows

-really feeling BA...that stuff is great.

It was mostly me fucking around as I walked around the park and saw where all the 'fitness stations' were. I actually like the pull up bars at the other place more but this will do. I plan on starting volume based bw stuff. I want to get to 100 bw squats then 200...upwards of 500 or so...then including more push ups, burpees, etc.

I am pissed that my groin is not 100% so I cant exert as much force as I normally can. So I am forced to take it easy.
