Well upperback rounding is not necessarily a big deal. Look at Konstantin's videos....the guy deadlifts 900+lb that way. However if you think it's an issue for you then yes lower the weight. Focus on keeping your chest out as much as possible. Keeping hips down and pushing with your legs. I am sure Nerdking can give you some more better advice. Good luck bro.
