Well upperback rounding is not necessarily a big deal. Look at Konstantin's videos....the guy deadlifts 900+lb that way. However if you think it's an issue for you then yes lower the weight. Focus on keeping your chest out as much as possible. Keeping hips down and pushing with your legs. I am sure Nerdking can give you some more better advice. Good luck bro.

I don't remember you doing a lot of front squats with your fucked up knee. I'm I wrong? --- Great lift.
 
I can go even lower prolly but not ATG without grinding/twisting sensation. I also cant do it with a narrow stance..

I decided to do front squats after realizing how pathetic it was and that quads were one of my weaknesses in a back squat. I am making good progress. I am up about 50lb in the last few months. I started trying to squat every workout except weeks that i deadlift(which is once every 3 weeks)
 
You going to squat heavy in all of your workouts or cycle it through?

Yep I either squat heavy or take time off. I dont workout very often so I dont see much use to SE/DE.

Yep down to 205. Tho I actually fluctuate between 205-212. Couple days before I was up to almost 215 and then bam 205.Would be nice to bench/squat 410 for 2x bw. I am pretty close to those numbers.
 
just out of curiosity is there a quick way to back up logs? ....only way i can think of is making all threads into 1 page and then c/p it into a Microsoft word or something...is that the fastest way or is there another way?
 
I slightly stumbled as I locked out the weight but it wasnt too bad....I need to focus on standing with the weight then pausing and then reracking. I almost jump lunged forward as I stumbled...lol...

-400mg caffeine+25mg l-ephedrine+500mg magnesium+500mg enteric aspirin+b-complex
-increased total caffeine to 400mg and felt fine......had a shit load of endurance today...

Zercher Deadlift:
135-3 reps
225-1 rep
275-1 rep

+belt: tight
315-1 rep
335-1 rep..
-kept picking the bar up unevenly...kept turning to the right...

Bench:
135-10 reps
225-5 reps
275-5 reps
315-5 reps
335-6+1 reps....failed halfway...should have stopped at 5...had a spotter...got help on lift off
340-4+1 reps...failed 3/4 of the way up...help unracking....had the rep...was about to grind out the rep but spotter put hands on the bar ...cant fault him because I had nothing on 7th rep of previous set so he jumped in again thinking same thing but this one I felt I could slowly grind out..
275-12+1 reps...help unracking...
275-11+1 reps...help unracking...
-was told by a friend today that the barbell i normally use is 50lb not 45...because it has the double rings...so if that's the case then +5lb to all my lifts.....as I mostly use these barbells...only problem is that i bent them...bleh..

Cable Rows: 250(stack)-12 reps..
BOR: 135-10 reps
Zercher GMs: 135-5 reps...i like these...was mostly fucking around with them today. I was GMing the weight while trying simultaneously to do a pull-through motion of humping the bar...First impression is 2 thumbs up...

-did a couple sets of low rep pull ups...

-some rotator cuff prehab
-did some grippers....highlight being getting BBE to within 3/16 of closefrom about parallel...then closing the gripper against the leg and having it open about 1/8"...big improvement...I got left hand with #3 to only open up about 3/16" after force closing it against the leg.....so good times...will be cool to close BBE right hand and #3 left hand before the end of the year...

was relatively lazy today...just hanging out...perhaps should have went tomorrow instead.....considered doing heavy BORs but just didnt think I had much in me..so heavy squat workout and perhaps BORs on friday/saturday....I noticed I have hard time controlling weight in bench on the way down...

-observed BJJ session today...not an official class but a bunch of guys rolling and practicing unofficially. I asked around and they said I could come in as a complete beginner when they are there and roll with them. Most of them are practicing for tournaments...There are a few russians there two. One of the russians is actually korean/chinese but he speaks russian. So pretty cool...would never have guessed. An acquintance of mine is doing this stuff and he said he'sbeen coming for about a month and it's pretty cool...

-Fatkid you're too funny....lets race to 500 squat or 300 PP.....oh wait....lol...pretty soon I'll be like DW....my deadlift is my only redeeming lift....LOL...
 
Yep 20 pr on the zercher. but I am not exactly going nuts on these. my form is spotty at best. I keep going up unevenly so I am not too confident with this lift.

Yep I watched both. Heroes was OK...Family Guy was pretty damn funny...even Simpsons wasnt half bad this time.

-did 5 singles of muscle ups on a 2" ...

back squats: went deep...not quite atg but deeper than normal
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
315-2+0 reps...didnt have much left.

romanian deadlifts on a platform:
-touched bar to the top of my shoes
-DOH
135-12 reps
225-12 reps..

-sitting calf raises with a plate...

came in to have a token workout...probably will have the real session sunday.
 
gave one arm push ups a go today just cuz I was bored

left handed: 20..had a few left
right handed: 10...felt more awkward than with left...

left handed: 20...with couple left
right handed: 15....had couple left

will try to do these more often...will also work on making these more explosive...

-found out police do allow for bodyfat testing in place of BMI but I have to go and do it on my own and pay for it myself. I think if I dont make the weight after cutting for my height which is like 200-205...then i will go this route....

I think it would be money well spent. You're very lean and BMI is a joke... I'm two points above the starting number for "obesity".
