Military Press:
45-10 reps
135-5 reps
155-3 reps
175-3 reps
195-3 reps
+belt+knee wraps(wrapped very lightly to keep knees warm):
215-3+0 reps..

Push Press:
235-1+0 reps...grinded out 1 rep barely...was stumbling like a drunk trying to lock it out....took off all the 10s....and replaced with a 45s..
245-1+0 rep...much better balance though still not greatest form
255-1+0 rep...grinded it out...
225-5+0 reps....possibly had 1-2 more

Muscle Ups:
bw(210)-5+0 reps
bw-5+0 reps....palms were sweaty and grip was sliding all over the fukn place...bleh...

Wide Stance(20-22" from heels) Front Squats on a ~18" box: ended up being 2-3 inches below parallel:
-each rep paused
-used straps to hold the weight....and spare my wrists
135-5 reps
225-3 reps
245-1 rep
265-1 rep
285-1 rep
295-1 rep
225-3+0 reps
-focused on pushing with the quads...

-5 bw pull ups

One Arm Pulldown:

+strap:

210-0+1 rep...helped get weight down with off hand then released and held isometrically at the bottom....bit disappointed...was hoping to get this and then 220...time to start doing more volume with these and use higher reps...

Incline Bench:
45-10 reps
135-6 reps
185-6 reps
205-6 reps
225-6 reps


grippers:
-2 forced closes on clamped to 1" BBE with each hand
-got 1+1(almost 2) reps from ccs with #3 right handed, then 2 forced closes and negatives with left with #3
-2 forced closes and negatives each hand....almost got 1st rep with right hand
-40 forced close clicks with each hand on #3

-bit of high rep hammer curls
-bit of cuff stuff

-spent the first half hour or more chatting with a buddy i havent seen in a month...eh..
-played 2 hours of basketball afterwards as well...
 
haha you really use your limited gym passes dont ya.

you must have spotty form to "grind one out" on 255 and then next set do 5 reps with possibility of 2 more....
 
Yes i do. I get every fukn penny out of those passes LOL...got like 11 left ...may need to buy another one before year is out...which kind of sucks...

I still got strained groin/midsection...and have a tendency to lean back...tho I think my biggest problem was doing too much volume with strict pressing today...as I usually do very little...

-left pec was also being a bitch today...bleh....
-left wrist forarm also looks funny...big yellow/bluish bruise with 3 red horizontal lines ...like i was trying to cut my wrist from last power clean session...

365-3x1 rep....was using more back than I like...1st rep was rough...

grippers: +chalk
BBE-3 attemps right hand from parallel to about 1/4" then 20 forced clicks, 3 forced close/negs reps left hand...
#3-1 rep from CCS with right hand then 10 sec closed hold,20 forced close/negs clicks left hand
BBE-3 forced close/negs each hand....left hand had nothing
#3-from parallel to about 1/8" then 3 forced closes/negs right hand, 3 forced closes/negs left hand....got left hand to keep gripper at about 3/8" after forced close...

-BBE felt much easier right hand...seems possible to close before end of year...probably around 3.3-3.4....considerably easier than the #3.5
