Front Box Squats: -about 2-3" below parallel...each rep paused...used straps
bw(210)-10 reps
45-5 reps
135-5 reps
185-5 reps
+ace knee wraps:
225-1 rep
250-1 rep
+belt: loose
275-1 rep
belt: as tight as i could get it
300-1+0 rep...right side started slipping of my shoulder...regained control and got the rep..
250-4+0 reps....was going for 5 but barely grinded out 4th

Pull Ups:
bw-20(sets)x5(reps)...explosive...all the way down and touched mid chest to the bar...did these supersetted with other stuff throughout....

GMs:
bw-5 reps

315-3 reps...
-need to work on form...bar kept sliding/rolling a bit ...went quite low...dont know whether it's sad that i can probably GM as much or more as I can squat in all likelyhood...

set1: 3 single attempts on BBE with right to about 3/8" from 1.5" then 3 forced closes against leg and time hold/negs, 3 single attempts on #3 with left to about 3/8" from 1.5" then 3 forced closes against leg and time hold/negs...i am about as far off on #3 with left as I am on BBE with right...
set2: 3 forced closes+time holds/negs with BBE right hand, 3 forced closes+time hold/negs on filed BBSM with left
set3: 3 forced close+time holds/negs on #3 with left and right....i could hold gripper 1/8" from closed with right...left from about 1/4"

So Devil, is the reason you only use wraps for your heavier sets is because you don't want them to overcompensate for stabilizers too much?
 
No. I use wraps on my heavier sets because I tend to rest longer so my knees tend to get cold/stiff....so the wraps keep my knees warm/flexible. The ace bandages i got at a local drugstore hardly add anything to the squat even when wrapped tight(which i dont even really do most of the time)....they also tend to lose their elasticity quite fast.

I am trying to build up my volume and then progress to doing higher rep sets. Though I will see about using some weighted pull ups here and there...

Was more happy about my front squat PR. Felt great today despite CNS still not full recovered from monday workout.
 
I dont really mark them...i recently am progressing pretty well on FS. Before few weeks ago i couldnt hit 275 ...now i got to 300....i am pretty happy with it....will hopefully hit 315 soon.

-deadlift appropriate shoes SUCK for basketball....please make a note of that.....my healed blisters are back at it again....

You ever get worried about any long term side effects (if there are any) of this? Other than just becoming dependent on this combo for every workout.
 
the only thing in that stack worth any concern is the caffeine and l-ephedrine. I am using a fairly low caffeine amount and very standard ephedrine amount. Feel fine every time. I lift only 1-2 times a week. I dont always include ephedrine in the stack. Caffeine is not inherently dangerous. equivalent to a couple cups of strong coffee.

Zero there was a gym employee there the whole time and video taping is against the rules. Also not the greatest of days. I should have skipped bball.

-bought some peanut butter and some sunflower butter....combined together they make a damn fine sandwich.
 
Devil, I was doing deads but couldn't keep my upper and middle back locked. The weight moved wasn't superhard for my lowerbody but should I lessen the weight and wait till the rest of my back can handle the weight?
