225-10 reps....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
+wrist wraps:
315-1 rep....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
+Manueklear elbow wraps:
365-1 rep...TNG...
+gray Kcross+open Inzer lever belt:

405-6+0 reps...felt like I maybe had one more with a spotter....this is a huge
PR....TNG....1 RM is estimated at around 470-475.....



455-1+0 reps......2 reps would have been right around 470 estimated 1 RM but I barely got the one



315-15+0 reps....TNG....started out super fast but then faded after about 10-11 reps....

I can definitely get a lot more use from this one compared to the black one I have from another brand. Excellent training tool.

The weight felt very manageable today ..even 455 didn't feel heavy....I wonder if it's because I gained some weight...

That velocity based training device was actually quite accurate apparently. It was telling me for weeks my 1RM may be as high as 470-485 but I was scared to try it without a spotter.

Squats:
bw-10 reps
135-10 reps
225-10 reps..super heavy
+open inzer lever belt:
315-1 rep...rerack..had to remove belt
315-3 reps
365-1 rep,,,good set
405-1+0 reps..terrible...came up uneven...almost lost it
---weight felt so heavy today...

Sohp:

185-5 reps....maybe had one more...thumbless grip...

225-3+0 reps....thumbless grip
---used wider grip than normal

Sitting Hoist Leg Press:
380(stack)+2 green bands: 20 reps...close to failure...thighs were burning

Two Leg Concentric + One Leg Eccentric(negative):
380(stack)+2 green bands: 3+0 reps...maybe had more reps but left knee and hip started hurting so I called it a day...

----shit workout but I'll take what I can get...I was hoping to do something decent since my squat usually closely follows my bench...apparently not this time.....I am not a fan of these rogue bars...the knurling is crazy long/sharp and it's a pain in the ass to use...
