Goals & Gains Devil's power/strength training log

Oh I know.

It took me a second to find it after I edited it. I realized as a platinum member I could change the title of the first post in the thread I start or even delete it which I couldn't do before.

I may change my name for fun as well so all my critics/ops will be confused for a couple months in the other subs.

....and now the quote function is down...it won't let me post...

bw: 244 lb?

75-80 min

Bench Press:
+gloves
135-10 reps....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
225-10 reps....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
+wrist wraps:
315-1 rep....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
+Manueklear elbow wraps:
365-1 rep...TNG...
+gray Kcross+open Inzer lever belt:

405-6+0 reps...felt like I maybe had one more with a spotter....this is a huge
PR....TNG....1 RM is estimated at around 470-475.....

455-1+0 reps......2 reps would have been right around 470 estimated 1 RM but I barely got the one

315-15+0 reps....TNG....started out super fast but then faded after about 10-11 reps....

--what a way to end 2025...fuck yea....
---------------

These new Manueklear elbow wraps are much better.

Kcross bench band...

I can definitely get a lot more use from this one compared to the black one I have from another brand. Excellent training tool.

The weight felt very manageable today ..even 455 didn't feel heavy....I wonder if it's because I gained some weight...

Awesome shit man! Tried to post this the other day, but site was broken. Your bench is nuts

405 for 6 is incredible man..

Thanks. I was hoping for three reps. I was like holy shit was I unknowingly eating trenbologne sandwiches ...😆

That velocity based training device was actually quite accurate apparently. It was telling me for weeks my 1RM may be as high as 470-485 but I was scared to try it without a spotter.

I feel you man, I’m also scared to try 475 without a spotter

bw: ~243lb(bit under 110kg)

Squats:
bw-10 reps
135-10 reps
225-10 reps..super heavy
+open inzer lever belt:
315-1 rep...rerack..had to remove belt
315-3 reps
365-1 rep,,,good set
405-1+0 reps..terrible...came up uneven...almost lost it
---weight felt so heavy today...

Sohp:
+gloves:
135-10 reps....thumbless grip

+wrist wraps+elbow wraps:

185-5 reps....maybe had one more...thumbless grip...

+Kcross band:

225-3+0 reps....thumbless grip
---used wider grip than normal

Sitting Hoist Leg Press:
380(stack)+2 green bands: 20 reps...close to failure...thighs were burning

Two Leg Concentric + One Leg Eccentric(negative):
380(stack)+2 green bands: 3+0 reps...maybe had more reps but left knee and hip started hurting so I called it a day...

----shit workout but I'll take what I can get...I was hoping to do something decent since my squat usually closely follows my bench...apparently not this time.....I am not a fan of these rogue bars...the knurling is crazy long/sharp and it's a pain in the ass to use...

bw: 242-243 lb?

100-110 min

Bench Press:
+gloves
135-10 reps....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
225-10 reps....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip

+loose wrist wraps+open Inzer lever belt:
315-1 rep....2 sec pause ...let it sink in....thumbless grip
+Manueklear loose elbow wraps+KCross band:
365-1 rep...paused ....felt heavy as shit ..

---wrist and elbow wraps as tight as I could get them...
415-3+0 reps....TNG...bounced hard...
405-4+0 reps..TNG...felt like my left foot slipped in last rep but on video it looked ok. ..bounced quite hard though on video it looked completely normal so maybe my perception of what Joseph Tumbarello does in his videos is completely warped...

Hoist Sitting Leg Press Machine:
380lb(stack)+orange band(230lb)-10 reps
380lb(stack)+two orange bands(230lbx2)-20+0 reps

Hoist Sitting Calf Raises on the leg press machine:
380(stack)-20+0 reps

Flat bench DB presses:
100s-14+0 reps...deep stretch at the bottom with DBs touching chest and slight pause ...very controlled....took all my gear off...my CNS was fried...

--everything felt heavy today ....

bw: 109-110kg

Quick garage workout after work(so technically today):

Front Squats w/ Kbs: 1 clean into squats
90lb x2 - 9+1 reps...lost last rep ....my conditioning gave out...I dipped my right arm just a bit and that was that....surprisingly these were a lot easier to do than 100s...cleaning it was a pain in the ass as I needed everything I had but the squats were fairly straight forward...below parallel...

Swings:
90lb-10 reps...I had more and the KB was flying but my conditioning was not there

Crow Pose on 90lb Kb Handles:
bw- several attempts with 2-3 seconds on best attempt....I messed up in that I had the KBs on the mats that weren't even so it caused KBs to wobble more than they should have...live and learn..

One hand Hold/Row:
2 90lb Kbs - half a row each arm
---holding them wasn't too bad but trying to do a row beyond halfway point was not happening....I was afraid of dropping them from too high of a height...
---one of these days I want to try picking up some combination of 3 KBs for over 200 lb total...I think it's doable as far as weight but the handles will be tough....I don't have very large hands...

---I am third day on ss31(Elamipretide) peptide....been sleeping slightly better...it's a gray area supplement/medication for mitochondrial dysfunction....I think I am feeling better but it's tough to tell...apparently I've been taking different substances to boost my mitochondrial performance but they all work differently. With this one I have taken high dose melatonin, methylene blue, motsc and now ss31. Apparently this is supposed to be the most effective but it's also quite expensive.

Quick garage workout after work(so technically today):

Front Squats w/ Kbs: 1 clean into squats
90s-10+0 reps....form was better today. I tried to hold the handles to my ears which helped a bit with stabilizing the KBs.....thought I went deep but on video it looked just a bit below parallel...so I'm guessing same for yesterday's.

Sitting Leg Lifts:
bw-25+0 reps....much harder than in the past

One hand Hold/Row:
2 90lb (180) Kbs -2 cheat reps..../arm

Romanian Deadlifts:
90s-10 reps...had plenty more

Sit Ups with feet/legs raised and feet holding on to pole:
bw-15+0 reps...
