Scott congrats on your progress but your squat was at least 3-4 inches from parallel.....the bare minimum is when hip crease is equal or lower than top of the knee. Generally you want to aim for this as the bare minimum on your all out of attempts but in training i'd go 2-3 inches below that. ...I learned that leason a while back which caused my squat poundage to drop 100 lb while i relearned the technique...
with your work ethic you will quickly progress with deeper squats...
your safeties on the squat rack look way too high.....i'd lower them by 6 inches...
I tought exactlly the same.
In this rack you can only reach proper depth if you are like 7 feet tall.
