Nice lifting, sets of 9 with squats scare me

It's way more brutal than anything else I've done with squatting, even my PR of 345. Something tells me that I can lift more than that, though. But yeah, try it sometime, it's an interesting feeling.

I've fallen sick today but I don't want to take a day off. I called out from work, my goal is to rest up and be able to squat again tonight or tomorrow after a night's rest. I know I shouldn't do shit when I'm sick, but this shit's getting good.

Ive been consistently working out 3x a week since this shit started...

I haven't skipped a workout yet.. I'm just to lazy to post my workout in two different places.

This week has been huge for me though. I hit my 5rm's in all of my workouts and will be surpassing them next week. I can't wait to see how much my lifts have gone up at the end of the 5x5

nice work, smolov's fun, how you finding it. Iwas dreading the sets of 9 but then finding the physical challenge went down over the course of the week and it just became a mental challenge to get through the massive number of sets.

BTW your team is teh ghey.

I love it and hate it. I find the sets of nine to be the most difficult, as well. To me, squatting takes the most out of you, more than any other lift, and I kind of like the daunting idea that, in two days, I'm doing something a little more difficult than what is absolutely killing me right now.

I also love how hungry I am, and how much I sleep. I saw DS say in another thread "eat like a horse, sleep like a hibernating bear". That's how I live now, and it's great. I've never woken up hungry before.

Oh, and the Pump can suck a duck.
