Media Dana White responds to question about Francis' potential return to the UFC

Fun fact: Trump told Dana they were going to bomb Iran today and that this would be the best time to release the Jones news so it gets buried in the news cycle

I can't imagine Dana ever letting Francis anywhere near a title fight, which would make letting him back into the UFC mostly pointless. I suppose it could just barely make sense in a year or two for a one-off double-retirement fight with Jones if Dana gets really desperate for a non-championship headlining event and the fighters agree to fight, but that seems pretty unlikely.
 
PFL wont give Ngannou a fight, they should just release him, the UFC will say yes, but he would have to sign his soul away.

He can't stand Francis but he would sign him on if he came with reasonable demands. The HW division is dead, his plan of Jon being the face of the division flopped and their biggest fight in the division fell through.

He won’t have reasonable demands. He left the UFC over money and he made a lot more money in boxing. He’s not coming back to Face Tom unless it’s for a ridiculous payday that Dana I guarantee you is not going to pay him.

He has already made his Money from boxing and knows that window has closed. He also knows there's nothing for him in the PFL nor can they afford to pay him to fight. Why do you think Don Davis is practically begging Dana to co promote? And even that's dead now cause they were only wanting to co promote if it were Francis vs Jon. Francis has made his big money and has no other options if he wants to make money and compete but to go back to the UFC so his demands will not be what they were before.

We will see I wouldn’t hold my breath. I don’t think Dana wants anything to do with the possibility of Francis being his heavyweight champion ever again.

Also, Dana Never co-promotes. Not when it comes to a fight in the UFC anyway. Fedor back in the day. That’s what killed it.
 
Francis is under contract, he never said he even wants to come back if he could and UFC doesnt want him back.

its crazy his coach says one hypothetical thing and the dogshit media runs with that and brings it to Dana like Francis said he wants back in, like he's begging UFC to let him back in.

Francis doesnt seem to have any interest of ever returning to UFC, who knows if he even fights in mma again? Didnt he just kill someone in africa?
 
he can come back if he wants to fight for 12k/12k

He's under contract that supposedly expires this year not to mention the PFL can't even afford to pay him to fight. Why do you think he hasn't fought since October and why do you think Don Davis wanted a co promotion with the UFC? They can't afford him and as soon as that contract expires no way are they renewing. Francis only way to make money now fighting MMA is the UFC and with the boxing door shut, he's out of options.
