The police did it to get back at him for testifying instead of doing before he testified cause reasons.
Or dude who’s already been shot and lived in an area where he had to worry about getting shot again if he talked about getting shot the first time got shot a second time.
84 months. not 9-84 months.Yeah, I read it. She got 9-84 months and 3 years probation. They dropped the 1st degree attempted murder charge because she took a plea deal.
You think when this violent woman gets out of jail after a year or two that she'll no longer be a threat to society?
84 months. not 9-84 months.
but yes, she did plea guilty & took the plea deal, making your post even more irrelevant to the Guyger sentencing. if anything it just highlights how ridiculous it is that a convicted murderer got sentenced to only three more years in prison than a person charged & sentenced for assault.
doesn’t take away from the fact that she got charged w/ assault, not murder. let’s not pretend like Guyger won’t be out in five, either. She intentionally tried to murder someone and probably won't do the entire time. If this was a man that committed either of these crimes, their sentences would no doubt have been longer.

ShhhhhhhhhThis would be the first time a guy with neck tats and several illegitimate kids was shot at, you know, other than the time just last year he was already shot at outside a strip club.
If this was a conspiracy that has anything to do with the Guyger case, holy hell do those people suck at conspiracies for shooting a guy after he's already testified and the trial's over.
