Crime Dallas Officer Kills Man in Apartment "She Thought Was Hers"

Comparing sentences for what women get for murder/attempted murder.
did you even bother to read the article you posted? she got sentenced to 7 years w/ 3 years of post-prison supervision for second degree assault.

I don’t know if people have seen this yet but it’s pretty interesting.

So Joshua Brown one of the main witnesses in the Amber Guyger trial has been killed.
Pretty bad image Dallas!!

“The Dallas community is stunned and searching for answers following the shooting death of a 28-year-old man who delivered key testimony in the trial of Amber Guyger, a former police officer. Guyger was convicted of murder and sentenced to a 10-year prison sentence in the slaying of her upstairs neighbor at the apartment complex where all three lived.”

I know sherdoggers followed this story closely and would be interested in this information

This was the second time he's been shot within a year, too. But his mother said he didn't have any enemies...

"WFAA has also learned that Brown was a victim of gun violence last year.

Last November, Brown was shot and another man was killed outside the Dallas Cabaret strip club on Walnut Ridge Street in Northwest Dallas.

Kendall Deshonn Morris has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection with the incident. He is currently out on bond.

The Dallas Morning News wrote a story on the incident last December.

The DMN cited an arrest affidavit stating that Morris and another man were at the club celebrating a birthday and encountered Brown at the strip club.

The other man wanted to fight Brown and the two men fought in the street, the News reported. When Brown and his friends attempted to leave, Morris pulled a gun out of a car and handed it to another man, the story said.

Nicholas Shaq'uan Diggs was killed and Brown was hit in the foot."

Yeah, I read it. She got 9-84 months and 3 years probation. They dropped the 1st degree attempted murder charge because she took a plea deal.

You think when this violent woman gets out of jail after a year or two that she'll no longer be a threat to society?

3 things could’ve happened here

1) killing was a random thing

2) some crazy fringe supremacist types killed him because they were annoyed by the verdict

3) the police did it themselves with a gun they confiscated from the streets

The police did it to get back at him for testifying instead of doing before he testified cause reasons.

Or dude who’s already been shot and lived in an area where he had to worry about getting shot again if he talked about getting shot the first time got shot a second time.

Well, he's literally an eyewitness to the men who murdered his friend right next to him.

84 months. not 9-84 months.

but yes, she did plea guilty & took the plea deal, making your post even more irrelevant to the Guyger sentencing. if anything it just highlights how ridiculous it is that a convicted murderer got sentenced to only three more years in prison than a person charged & sentenced for assault.

She intentionally tried to murder someone and probably won't do the entire time. If this was a man that committed either of these crimes, their sentences would no doubt have been longer.

doesn’t take away from the fact that she got charged w/ assault, not murder. let’s not pretend like Guyger won’t be out in five, either.

regardless, i don’t see the relevance of posting that story in this thread.

This would be the first time a guy with neck tats and several illegitimate kids was shot at, you know, other than the time just last year he was already shot at outside a strip club.

If this was a conspiracy that has anything to do with the Guyger case, holy hell do those people suck at conspiracies for shooting a guy after he's already testified and the trial's over.
