Crime Dallas Officer Kills Man in Apartment "She Thought Was Hers"

What conspiracy theory? This post bemused me, it's like a pre-prepared statement released at the wrong time.
I'm reading everywhere A lot of people jumping on all kinds of conspiracy theories already. You're telling me you looked up that article but you're unaware of the theories?

I looked it up after i made my post. I had seen it in passing (as stated in the original post) but hadn't seen it on a news site (i saw it scrolling down front page of reddit last night) so i googled the terms and saw the ABC post and posted it. That's the extent of my interaction with this specific subject.

You on the other hand have been reading "everywhere" about conspiracies and projected that onto me. It now makes sense why your post was going on about conspiracy theories.

dont courts have a dress code anymore? this guy could have at least worn a collared shirt and a nice set of paints

Each judge sets the dress code for their court. Some don't care how you look, only that you show up and do your duty.

in my defense you've alluded to her getting her license suspended, which I haven't read anywhere including the article that you posted.

You then eluded to her contradicting the police report so with all of the conspiracy theories running amok it's not that far-fetched to finish two + two.

The old telephone game it's no wonder that half the country or greater is ignorant as FUCK.

right..which is why I asked if it was true or not. don't remember that being a part of the "old telephone" game. but you're spot on with your assertion, making assumptions & all.

it turns out that it was someone else entirely in Florida who was sentenced 10 days for oversleeping/missing a trial date. something along those lines.

And somehow this excuses the women coming into a guys apartment and killing him?

I think it just illustrates that women tend to get light sentences.

The female cop was tried, convicted and sentenced. Justie was done. You might think 10 years isn't enough, but you can't complain that the system didn't work in that case.

Yeah man.
Hopefully I didn't sound like I was sounding off on you specifically.
I just ser a lot of crazy assertions from people of all kinds on this case in all sorts of venues. So much bad information out there and most of it just enflaming biases and hatred already established.

Aka fake news
Or maybe not.

You might want to go back and actually read the article. It said she'd been fired and her credentials blacklisted. Please don't try to argue that's not the same as having your license suspended.

Homie don't play dat, as it were.

As for testimony, the article claimed she testified she thought she heard Guyger making a personal call and someone saying something that contradict the defense account. Now, whether or not that's what she actually testified is again a different question, and don't bother, unless you want to produce her testimony and falsify their claim.

I'll go back and read again but again nothing led me to believe that her license was suspended.

Just a poor ass company trying to avoid harassment and involvement in a case that turned super racial like everything else does.

Killing someone after they testify seems pointless. How often does this happen?

I think I heard them say on TV he had survived another attempted shooting at a club a year or two ago? Not sure if he was the target or not, but if he was then maybe he was traveling with the wrong circle of friends...

In other words, this could be happenstance.
