Silva has fought real opponents while Dakota has only fight cans

Until Dakota beats a legit 125er I will pick Natalia to run her over

Ask me in the morning, Dakota has her first half decent test tonight

Go Dakota, she's carrying the torch for the next wave of WMMA. I think she's in her early-mid 20s.

Dicheva is a bad bitch. A rare talent.

She's gonna decimate Silva.

Dakota will always fight cans in PFL. Why compare her to a UFC fighter she says she is happy where she is?

Are we really still doing the 'non UFC figher = can' thing? the PFL w125 tournament was stacked with multiple fighters who would be contending for top 10 spots in the UFC and Dakota's next opponent was cut after losing an arguable split to the dominant champ there.

Dakota is a problem for everybody.
How? We just saw she had zero takedown defense. Jena Bishop has good BJJ, but like other good BJJ practitioners, is not known for her takedowns, and she took Ditcheva down effortlessly

Take Ditcheva’s opposition this season, put them in the UFC, and they’d be ground out just as easily. Hell, Chelsea Hackett couldn’t even make it into the UFC.

Yes, and Ditcheva avoided them all.

Tbf Natalia is legit as fuck too. Dakota hasn't beaten anyone like Vivi Araujo yet. If she runs through Taila then I think you can potentially say that but at the moment they're both offensive buzzsaws running through girls but Natalia is the one doing it against better competition.

Bishop has good takedowns for a BJJer. She took down (and beat) Dione Barbosa and Luana Santos who were both international judokas for Brazil and are now in the UFC (and Santos will soon be ranked after she crushes Casey O'Neill like a BUG (muahhahahaha!) in a couple of weeks), and she only recently had her first loss as a split dec against UFC 'near-champ' Talia Santos where she had lots of good takedown attempts that only failed because Santos has that 'Brazil strength' (and she did get her down at least once).

Bishop has better takedown technique and BJJ/mat technique than Santos. So it's not actually a big deal that she was taken down by Bishop IMO, but it kind of is a big deal that she got back up and finished her in the first round. That's impressive.

If you can getup as quickly and safely as Ditcheva did, against an IBJJF no-gi champ, it doesn't necessarily matter if your takedown defense is not great.

Ditcheva has fought a lot incomplete fighters but its pretty clear imo at this point that a grappler who is no threat on the feet does not stand a chance.
