Vast majority of Plaintiff lawyers work for free and take around 40% of the total recovery.

Assume she’s trying to get millions, probably settle for a few hundred thousand, a lot of rich people will pay the settlement funds just to avoid the case.

Sometimes all it takes is 20 hours of work and the case is over.

I remember seeing something about texts of her saying like... maybe describing what had happened and her friends were like 'wtf thas rape' and she was like 'you think??' kinda thing. That's very common. My ex was raped by her ex and, as like a coping mechanism, some women pretend it's... not what it was. And I would like 'UH WTF, HE RAPED YOU' (I'm talking about full on holding down with her tyna hit him off n shit), but she' from a family, a culture let's say, which excuses this kind of behaviour for all kinds of resons... her mother said to her 'he probably just didn't know how to woo a woman', upon hearing this happening to her... unreal.

My point is - even if she did behave that way after, that doesn't necessarily mean that event didn't happen. Lots of rape victims behave in strange ways happen, and a plausible explanation is to minimize, trivialize and not deal with what happened; to themselves, because it's too traumatic, so they kind of pretend it didn't happen. That could be an explanation for her (and Nikita Hands') behaviours.

But,
I think she actually tried to make a criminal complaint first also. If she was making it up, why would she do that? I remember at the time the Los Angelas police reporting they had a report of it or something. And they dismissed it so then they went civil. Thas another big misunderstanding @ cops or court systems dismissing things, some people think that means = they're innocent. Far from it, they just didn't think they would get a prosecution, they could have even thought he was guilty af, but if they don't think that... they ain't wasting time n money.
