I figure that either it's partially fake, or it's set up ahead of time and the investigation part of it is fake, or they just offer these people a bunch of money or something to meet.

I have a couple of thoughts on it.

1. A lot of people today are dying for that 15 minutes of fame. Good or bad they want to be on TV for some reason and this gives them that opportunity. A lot of them don't want to meet until he says he is from MTV.

2. They might hunt down 5x more of these stories than they show on TV and just show the ones where the people agree to meet.

3. Maybe it's fake.

Yeah he was definitely on the down low. You could see his demeanor change as soon as she said she wasn't a tranny.

I dont know if this was classafied as getting Catfished but I have a story.

I joined match a few years back to test out the waters and I met a girl online who had a great profile and a Smokin hot pic. She was holding off meeting for a month but I finally convinced her to meet me and everything would be fine.

I get there and I see her sitting down @ a table but notice that she's a little bigger than what I've seen from the pics.

Then she gets out of the booth and it looked like she was pregnant. Actually it looked like 2 people were inside of her trying to make a baby.

She lied about her apprearence but those pictures of her were from 2005-2007. It was 2010.

Am I shallow?

Everyone is a little shallow. Few people want to date below their league.

I do find it funny when the people act like the lie is the only reason they are upset and don't want to go out with them.

As if they would be pissed if they got a picture of 6 and 9 showed up.
 
It's actually fascinating. Nev seems like a really cool, genuinely nice dude. Watching right now, farm boy from New York dating a miss teen USA, playmate lol.. Turns out to be his chick friend with giant cans that is decent looking herself. Lol. Hopefully he bangs her out but he seems pissed lol
 
This is why people should never try to find dates online, and if you are too fucking fat to date, get off your ass work out and eat right.
