I don't really know your training background but i doubt he will be that easy to submit. I have a teamate that trained with Paulson, Eddie Bravo, and under competitive black belts that told me that Shannon was legit.

My friend is a blue belt under marcelo garcia and he said he steamrolled shannon at a catch seminar

KJ seems to have a soft spot for people who don't and or can't grapple but like to act like they know what it's about.

So, couple weeks ago the annual International Catch-Wrestling Seminar was held in Wigan at The Sanke Pit . Lots of techniques and wrestling, coach Roy Wood did most of the teaching but also coach Ian Bromley and coach Greg Crompton helpped us.

At the end of the week there was a really nice dinner party at some hotel with 8 CACC-matches held in the midldle of the room. Many of the guests where somehow connected to Catch, like Billy Riley's doughter and his old students. KJ is the type of individual that would indirectly lead you to believe that he actually trained by leaving that fact (that he has little to no actual training) out for months, talk shit about Rober Drysdale's Cradle DVD (he even said something like "what the fuck does robert know about the cradle?"), and then hide behind his "journalism" or "im a blogger". Heck some guys on this forum still thought that he was some kind of expert/moderator.

why would you call out CM Punk and say 'gracie bjj vs catch' as if Punk (a whitebelt) represented bjj. Why dont you call out Roger Gracie and see how quickly your catch wrestling gets exposed and you get choked out. I also seen a couple of your systema punching videoes your technique is mediocre at best you had a video where you practicing with some amutuer boxer and you titled the video something along the lines of systema punches are harder then boxing punches. lol wtf why are all you catch guys frauds and con artists trying to make a quick buck. As an amutuer wrestler I went into bjj because bjj guys are real, not tryna con you, and proven in the fight game...all you catch guys are jokes ive seen your record Dan lol
