Lack of any considerable punching power? He had 25 fights 22 KO, and stopped his last 6 opponents. 2 out of the 3 fights that went the distance were with the same person so only 2 opponents have ever gone the distance, so im puzzled how you claim he lacks considerable punching power with a 88% stoppage rate. Again just writing random shit.

He hasnt lived up to his earlier trajectory. Literally only one person is high on this guy right now. Imho hed be better off to just move up and dedicate himself to that weight class. Doesnt seemed disciplined enough to keep making this cut and maintaining any sort of advantages he may have.

Hes got some nice tools, but I really just dont know how you watch him and think he beats Canelo. He quite literally has nothing for him.

Benavidez throws twice as many punches per round and throws big combinations to the head and body and has better cardio he does not fade. Against Ellis he threw a 20 punch combination in round 11. That is unheard of.

Nobody attacks Canelos body, so that will be a problem for Canelo who is also flat footed. I never said Benavidez hits harder but his power is comparable and every punch is heavy.

Plus he has a great jab and Canelo struggles vs any jab Kovalev was just throwing weak jabs and he controlled Canelo for 10 rounds.
