A fair point but wasn't the total DACA number around 800000 of which Canada is accepting 30000. Probably won't be too hard to find 30 000 great applicants from such a big pool.

And I have no objections with the cancellation of DACA, what bugs me is threatening to deport law abiding tax payers or students who have already established themselves in the US.

Not trying to be dishonest. My view and point was deporting law abiding tax payers is counter productive and unfair. The American government even laments when Russia closes an Embassy and sends Americans packing. It's the further deterioration of relations that people lament. Did you read the article? I'm not looking at this issue from a racial perspective, more from an economical one. If race is somehow an issue for you in all of this then I'm not interested.
