David Lynch just died as well apparently
This is great
I always think of those when I hear bobs name. LOLDamn... Artie and Norm's stories about him are hilarious.
The legend is gone. RIP.
You just saved my sanity; bless you my sonSomeone in another thread have a great tip. If you're on mobile then tilt your phone and read it in landscape mode. Everything looks normal then.
It's a decent workaround until they get it fixed.
This is great
Artie is like a cockroach at this pointCrazy that the only person in that story still alive is Artie Lang.
Gonna go binge some Brockmire in honor of Mr. Baseball, supposedly it's loosely based on Uecker
One time my dad took me to a wwf at county stadium in Milwaukee where the ultimate warrior stuffed Bobby Heenan into a pink bunny suit. Good times!Bob Uecker was probably my all time favorite celebrity guest in WWF history, he was a great old timey slapstick carny and looked like he had been working in the rasslin business for years, he played his role so perfectly on his first night in which was very rare for these random celebrity appearances back in those days, most of them would come off as awkward and uncomfortable, not ole Euk, he was a pro from the word go

Not even the coolest thing I've seen at county stadium. I saw packers lions there once and when the lions had a 3rd and short the entire place started chanting "Reggie, Reggie" and then Reggie White promptly stuffed Barry Sanders on 3rd and 1. Thay was an early Favre game too. That's a famous show, WrestleFest '88, Hulk Hogan vs Andre The Giant in a cage, the only time that ever happened, that's dope you were there
