I would be dead if i tried this, were there breaks?

There were a few VERY short breaks. Basically just long enough for him to tell me when I did something wrong, and then we were back at it.

But yea... I WAS practically dead after this lol...and then my other instructor (he was teaching a class) Made me come in afterwards to roll with some of the newer guys... :mad: lol

Was insanely tired today, and my hand hurt like hell so I just skipped my hang power's and front squats...MIght go back in tonight to do the FS depending on how I feel.

My back, was rediculously fatigued from yesterday. Not recovered at all, and this made the Jerks stupidly hard lol. Also my wrist was bothering me, so I opted out of doing the 5x5 and worked up with a few singles after the first 2 sets.

Squats felt horrible at first, 225 was harder than 275 for whatever reason. I guess my back "woke up" a lil bit, but doing 295 without much trouble with the fatigue in my back that I had, was good. I'm not sore at all though, which is good.

WidER stance box squats (about parallel): 135x5, 135x3, 185x3, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1, 275x1, 295x1, 315x1, 335x1.

Front squats: 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 235x5

EZ bar curls: 50x10, 60x10, 70x8, 80x8

6 x 3 minute rounds, 30seconds rest. Rounds went in order as follows: Sledgehammer swings, jump rope, sledgehammer swings, jump rope, 70lbs Vest walk. x3

On the "vest walks" I just put on the vest and walked around for the 3 minutes, then sat down for 30s. and repeated.

Also, I have absolutely no idea how much an ezcurl bar weighs, so i just listed the weight I added to it....I also smashed my fingure between a 35lbs plate and a dumbell rack slicing that open....ow.

Deadlifts: 135x5, 225 2x2, 295x1, 335x1, 365x1, 405x1 (tied old PR)
Bench: 135x5, 145x5, 155x5, 165x5, 185x5 (tied old PR)

Cardio: 1 round = 2 min jump rope, 2.5 minutes shadow boxing. I did 3 rounds with 30s rest inbetween. Then I did a 5 minute walk with a 75lbs vest, 30 second break, then a 6 minute walk.

Also did 1 pullup so that's a new PR. BW + 75lbs on the rings.

Squats: 135x5, 185x3, 225x5, 245x5, 265x5, 285x5, 315x5 (this is 10lbs away from my best 5rm, and doing it after doing the 4x5 leading up to it felt good)

conditioning: 2min jump rope, 1min break. 2 min jump rope, 1 min break. 2 min shadow boxing, 30s break. 2 min shadow boxing. Then took a few minutes break and did a 3-4 minute pad round, 1 min~ break. Then a quick 2 min pad round.

Then had 1 4-5 minute roll with another guy and I finished with that.

Snatch balance: 135 2x2, 145x2, 155x2, 165x1+0 (I just pushed it back behind me too much and lost it there)

6 rounds alternating: Jump rope and shadow boxing. 2 min on, 30s off.

And yea Rawex haha. I'm just starting to get back into it a bit 'cause a friend of mine's gonna start doing kickboxing at my gym. I'm trying to use it to work more boxing than anything though (I'm decently confident in my kicks, but my boxing footwork is pretty bad).

This week is max testing week. My coach is gonna be changing up my program for next week, so I'm testing some maxes this week.

Squat: 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 245x1, 275x1, 295x1, 325x1, 345x1 (10lbs PR), 365x1!!! (+30lbs highbar PR!)

OHP: bar x a bunch, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5! (+4 rep PR)!

about 5 minutes of jump rope.

1 hour BJJ, and then about 20 minutes of JKD stick work (bradda)

This was my first time doing full cleans again in like...damn, at least a month. Probably closer to 1.5-2. So my confidence on getting under the bar just wasn't there at all. Once I got that down a little bit, the 225's were insanely easy. I was pulling them way too high and letting them crash on every rep. So once I get that back under control I think I"m due for a pretty decent sized PR.
