BJJ + Powerlifting = competition wins

Didn't really log this last week as I worked literally every day lol.

Went running twice, sprints once. and BJJ once for 2 hours. (I dislocated my thumb yesterday as well.) Hopefully it's good enough to get more training in tomorrow.

Also seriously looking into local tattoo artists, hopefully will get it around christmas/new years time (due to work bonuses and such)

Snatch balances
Abs/back extensions

Would've done pullups but the grip hurt my thumb still.

Front squats (up to a 225 beltless single, pretty damn easily)
Snatch pulls

Couldn't do any upper body pressing or snatch balances 'cause my thumb is still hurting...even with straps on the pulls it was pretty bad.
