It has to be a high vinegar content one, or a mustard based bbq sauce. I prefer, of course, mustard sauces. I just don't get all the love for sweet tasting sauces. They turn my stomach.

Ketchup is the all-time classic.

In close second is the combination of cheese, bacon, sour cream, and onion. These will give you a heart attack for sure, but they're absolutely delicious.
