This is correct. I think they call it Russian dressing on the east coast. But it is seriously the best dipping sauce for French fries.

Mayo + curry ketchup + some unions is great too.

No no no. Russian dressing is absolutely sick, and basically tomato sauce masquerading as salad dressing.
