Battle calls out Prates

Hell yeah!
May the largest very small ear win!
Although it is pretty clear Pratos had an ear enlargement from the picture.
A cheap one.
Earectile dysfunction surgery is still in it's infancy, looks mid to me. Can't go too big or it's not believable.

Fight would be great but Prates is being fast tracked, he'll be against a top 5-10 guy next IMO.

Majors props to battle for calling out prates. I think it'd be a good fight. battle seems to have a chin and is game as fuck. I want to see prates again as soon as possible. I love 70 right now.

lol no, Prates dead him.
At this point in their careers I don't think it would even look competitive. Prates is entering his peak prime at 31 and looks like a murderer recently. He's possibly one of the hardest hitters at 170, seems to have that genetic knockout power that you simply cannot teach. Starched Li for the first time in Li's career, deaded Magny who has been tko'd but not clean KO'd since ponzinibio in 2018, with a glancing shot that wasn't even wound up.

Battle needs to make weight and win a few more fights before he gets this smoke.

That’s not how the fight business works… you can’t miss weight, turn in a stinker, look unimpressive and expect to be rewarded with a hotter name.

Battle should get someone like Chiesa next.

Missed weight twice already, UFC might not be in a hurry to give him a "high" profile fight, was the fight good at least? Missed weight, won by split decision, and talk trash after, this guy is asking to be humbled down to the early prelims.

I'm alittle bias due to playing randy by decision at +425 and I thought he won, but I wouldn't mind seeing Bryan lose his next Battle.

Why would they fight? Prates is a WW. Battle should get an unranked 185lber next.

the nerd guy beats him. battle has the personality and charisma of a star. the skills aren't there yet.

Misses weight by 4 lbs, lies to his opponent about it to get an edge, then clinch-stalls his way to a split that he shouldn't have won.....Hey, let's reward that guy with a fight against a surging action-fighter on a great streak that we want to promote!

<YeahOKJen>

Give him Luque I say - another tough as nails action-fighter with a more diverse skill-set that is serving as a gatekeeper. He's still ranked in the top #15 but this way the UFC isn't risking a prospect and Luque gets to fight a fair level of competition to test their worthiness in the top 15. Battle gets kind of what he wants (a step-up), but not really (wants a better style match-up against a more limited opponent), which seems just.
