Crime At least 10 killed, 30 injured as vehicle crashes into New Orleans crowd

When did the FBI turn into a media sensitive agenda driven group of fucktards? Someone named Shamshud Din-Jabbar drives a truck with an Issis flag into a crowd killing 10, has explosives in said vehicle, and shoots at people and cops.....It's a fucking terrorist. Why isn't the living quarters torn down? Laptop? We are so ripe for another 9/11 with this group in charge.
Shamsud Din-Dunuffin

between yesterdays terrorist attack in new orleans, one of elon's cybertrucks exploding in front of a hotel, and another mass shooting, 2025 needs to chill the fuck out.

At least 10 wounded in mass shooting outside Queens nightclub

That club shooting was gang banger types, definitely not terrorism or related. This was a group of four guys shooting at another group imo and the beef started inside the club or a group coming out of the club and being shot at. And what the fuck are 16 year olds being around a club?

I thought the same thing, also the way he put acts of terror in quotations makes me question it too.
It's such an odd thing for anybody to defend. Any organization with integrity would immediately disown someone who did this and to cooperate with the investigation, with their lawyers present of course.

If you actually had enough political consensus to overturn the 2nd amendment I'd bet you could get rid of enough guns to make a serious dent in the availability of them.

It's getting that consensus that is exceedingly unlikely. Probably even less likely for the 14th amendment and it's equal protection clause.
How did they get away with the Indian Removal Act without amending the constitution? Is it fine to translocate people within territories controlled by America? We could deport them to Guam lol

You don't see why people would lawyer up when talking to the Feds? Especially a community that has a tumultuous relationship with the Feds?

The Indian Removal Act was passed in 1830 while the 14th amendment, with its equal protection clause, was passed in 1868 after the Civil War.

I'm so white I can get a suntan just by standing in front of an open fridge. And I would never answer any questions under caution without a lawyer present to advise me.

Isreal has nothing to do with what happened.

He was almost correct until he said ISIS are not enemies of Israel how can anyone with any logic come to that conclusion.

Of course I would. I've never contended otherwise. But I feel it's telling they can't at least acknowledge Jabber went there and that they condemn his actions. By putting "terror" in quotes, it seems like they must not consider what happened terrorism.

Especially a community that has a tumultuous relationship with the Feds?
They can thank the Islamic extremists and their sympathizers who quietly assist them for that. It's lazy to just blame the Feds.

You said this though
They have the right not say anything. I have the right to say that's sketchy as hell
You have the right to feel however you want about their exercising of their rights in fairness but the gist of this kind of comment is that the innocent who have nothing to hide shouldn't be concerned about invoking these rights and instead should cooperate. But that's backfired on many innocent people before, its very misguided thinking.

They did condemn his actions though and I even pointed you to the part of their statement where they did. The quoted part about terrorism is in reference to the FBI's comments on the matter. As far as his going there who knows why that might be. I can tell you as a Muslim we're not really that attached to our local masjids, most of the time we'll go to the nearest one. The sense I get from Christians is different, they have "their" church they go to for Sunday services and holidays and the community there is important. With us its really just a roof for us to pray in congregation to the point that some masjids are just rinky dinky locations in strip malls. All that to say he could've been a regular and embedded in the community of that masjid or just a guy who happened to pray there sometimes. In which case it makes sense that people who had nothing to do with him are weary about getting dragged into the investigation.

You don't think there was any overreach by law enforcement after 9/11 that might make Muslims nervous about talking to police without the presence of a lawyer?
