the fight wouldnt happen till Nov at MSG anyway so really you have a few more month before you'd have to move on. If you cant get something done by Aug/Sept for Nov/Dec fight then yeah you just gotta go with Gane or whatever for title.

Its a huge letdown to go from Jones to Gane but you cant keep putting your career on hold. You do it now and hold out hope they can get Jones to take the fight but if its not gonna happen this year on to the next one.

The UFC created this mess, and they're allowing it to continue. And when it inevitably falls apart, Dana will likely reverse course and blame Jones...when, in reality, it was the UFC's fault all along.

Meanwhile, Aspinall is wasting his prime on this nonsense. He's only had 1 fight in the last year and half, with no return date in sight. He should have had at least 3 fights in that time.
