As an Aspinall fan, I do have concerns. Anybody else?

I don't really know what the thread is about. You're concerned about Tom blowing out his ACL again, or another foul from Gane?

Fouling again is always a risk since Gane commits fouls every fight, but without that it was going to be a lot more work from Gane than from Tom to avoid TDs. The one TD attempt he did have looked like he was just mixing it up and shot from too far away and didn't even get his arms around him. Ciricling and jabbing for 25 minutes is a pretty tall order.
Assuming Aspinall has cardio comparable to gane which is not something i would bet on as of right now

This. How the hell would anyone think Gane would be able to keep it standing for 25 minutes? And that's assuming Gane wins the striking which is not guaranteed at all.
All depends on his corner and his ability to listen to it.

He was clearly a bit shook things were not planning out as he had it in his mind in my opinion, hence the TD attempt from too far and the odd spinning stuff.

If he had a straight head and mixed it up well like he did with Volkov he would for sure be able to at least get a TD on Gane.

Since there was no round 2, we will have to wait for fight 2

If Gane rushed in punching at 100% power all the time like Tom he would also get tired quicker. Gane is very Diesel out there.

He have no heart, it doesn't matter what Tom Glazers aka Jones haters say.

I understand he wants to avoid any serious damage but that have a price and it's his reputation, just like fighters with huge hearts where they pay with their injuries, at the end of the day it's what it is and Tom picked his poison, you just can't have it both ways.
I don’t even agree but this post is eloquent as shit. Maybe you right…

Tom has never shown any takedown ability though. You are treating him like he’s a wrestler who thrives in the world of spamming takedowns.
