Depends where. Where I live people are really aggressive, but there's only a few cities like that. I've never seen as many street fights and bar fights as in my city, and it's not a thing to be proud of.

But a lot of people just mind their business and don't have a backbone (non confrontational). Timid, I would not say so. Were not as loud as the dutch off course.

when it comes to the dutch

- tall
- loud and very annoying
- have names consisting out of 3 or 4 max 5 letters (tim, bob, jan, gijs)
- stay in campings, and hostels
- cheap (but not poor)
- usually smart and had higher education
- drink jagermeister and redbull or vodka and redbull on any occasion
- roll up the collar of their polos

Last two are definitely not true for the Dutch in general. Though I'm sure those are true for the tourists that have gone to your place.

To stereotype America is tough. We are so huge with 100s of millions of people. You can stereotype regions, but even then there are so many differences....
Even regionally.....if you speak of New England everyone thinks Boston. Even in Boston it’s really only South Boston that has those pack ya cah in havahd yahd accents.
Texas is huge...people think redneck assholes.....but the are also ghettos and inner cities. There are cool artsy communities like Austin. There are communities that look like Mexico north.
New York is huge...people think Brooklyn “Hey how ya doin” but most of NY is Upstate with totally different way of life. NY has Muffy and Buffy in the Hamptons and Gold Coast. Redneck Hicks in the sticks upstate, Brooklyn hipsters, minority communities, the projects, Manhattanites, squawking Staten Island and Jewish moms. Up by the border they sound and act Canadian. West Chester has no accents at all.

Man, right now you can find plenty of Venezuelan hookers in most colombian cities, many of them sexy as fuck.
Most of them give a better service than their Colombian counter parts.
