Anyone Else Uber-Hyped For Tom vs Gane 2?

Given how the first fight played out it's now seen as a 50/50 battle. "Tom is a quitter" & "Gane is a dirty fighter". I only wish they could have it in the UK or France. Major heat and anticipation as to how the fight will play out, unlike how it felt heading into UFC 321. Plus its Heavyweight.

Where does this rematch rank on the UFC's to-do list heading into 2026? Ilia/Paddy, Kayla/Nunes, Jones/Pereira, & Khamzat/Imavov are all great but Tom/Gane might be my #1. I'm indifferent to who I want to win but there's no doubt that I can't wait to find out.

I don't think that small sample size is an accurate representation for how the fight would have looked like had it went longer or the majority of the time.

Aspinall still has more ways to win than Gane and that one-punch KO power which Gane lacks.

Not really. After a foul that bad, Gane should go to the back of the line. Unfortunately, no one else is in the line. Don't get me wrong: it should be a fun fight to watch and I'll enjoy watching it, but yesterday brought out the absolute worst in the MMA fan base and MMA commentary, and the thought of how absolutely shitty people are going to be in the leadup to the fight sucks all the fun out of anticipating the fight.

Interesting. I had very little interest going into that fight, which seemed to be a foregone conclusion because Tom was annihilating everyone & Gane got a suspect(in most ppl's eyes) decision vs Volkov.

Why does the rematch interest you less?
