Calling Barboza a killer is a HUGE stretch. Gaethje, Poirier...sure, RDA? Definitely. Conor? Meh, decent. Prime Tibau id rank as highly as Barboza, Johnson whooped up on Barboza. Also Barboza loses to pressure fighters and takedown artists. Poirier also hasn't the best wrestling defense historically. Some of Khabibs earlier wins are underrated though, he's Eldar Eldarovs sole loss and he beat Ali Bagov.
