OH NOES COSMETIC DAMAGE
FIGHTERS WITH CUTS AND BRUISES NO FUCKING WAY HOLY SHIT

Cos MW sucked most of the time he was champ bud

I think fellow shertard grimballer is talking out of his ass but that's false man. At least not compared to WW back then.
GSP and Silva fought comparably tough competition.

regarding marks in the face some fighters are just more prone to be marked than others. It doesnt mean that much. Silva had a pretty epic chin though

It is known by everyone since time immemorial that GSP had the best career, got out at the right time, and controversy almost NILL. So what fighter who is currently active can come close to achieving such perfection?

Obvs Khabib is number one on the list, but who else do you see being able to go in,take all the belts, and retire whenever the fuck they feel like, and leave UFC a broken ruin with no torches passed?
Not that I like it but Usman has a chance of clearing WW n retiring near perfect. Really hope I'm wrong.

(Regarding if anyone will ever match GSP's legacy, got moved from another thread)

Amanda Nunes and Valentina I guess, for men it's hard to find anyone, even Khabib won't fight long enough to get that kind of title defense record, will have to be a new generation guy probably, closest we have would be someone like Max, or Volkanovski, or character aside Adesanya I guess
Or triple C lol

  • Beat everyone he has stepped in the cage against.
  • Fought in the division with the biggest talent pool (especially amongst the GOAT candidates).
  • Beat opponents that had a better win-percentage than those of anyone else in GOAT-contention.
  • Lost only two times, with both losses coming at a young age and one of them coming against the second most accomplished welterweight of all time.
  • Avenged both his losses, both with finishes as well.
  • Came back to a weightclass above his natural one after a four year lay-off to beat Michael Bisping who was on the best run of his career and has fought at light heavyweight before.

I'm starting to realize some of you aren't fans, you're groupies. You just hope one day GSP invites you out back to the tour Bus.

Nothing wrong with being a hardcore fan, so as long as you don't make shit up to bash other fighters etc.
