Its a delicate subject. I would not want money from my sister, i like to earn money by myself and would feel weird asking for money specially to a family member, i would feel embarrassed. It basically means you couldnt make it by yourself. But the other way around, i would always help out even if my sister said no. We dont have any insight to know whats going on here.
