How has your plan on fatloss worked out so far? (sry if I missed something in your log)
I see your doing better DL than me and I do better squats than you. Maybe we should have a challenge one day. Although I have not the slightest idea how to measure or compete between 2 different exercises.
I haven't been working a lot on my fat loss. I will have military service in one year and I will either lose some weight before it or I will lose tons of weight there. Either way I have to improve my conditioning so that I'll be able to run over 2200 meters in 12mins, fortunately that shouldn't be too hard.
Squat + deadlift total challenge would be fun some day.
Deadlifting and some rows. 15x100kg deadlift in 1.40min.
I'm slow and my GPP is shit and I will start working on them.
I'm going on a work trip and will be back on Thursday. My back and legs should get lots of work there which is a good thing.
I did some technique training for log press and power clean last Thursday. I tried log press with the kazmaier-style and did 1x55kg with it. I didn't feel too good though and I think 60kg is close.
