Yea something like that. Since alot of times my lifting is 4 or 5 days apart I figure I can handle the multiple dead sessions in a row. I think I could squat and may do some volume stuff thrown in there but I need to get this groin pull to heal and it won't going heavy and low.
Looking at SLDL for my dl assistance one day but not sure on the other, shrugs came to mind but I perfer them on bench days. Powercleans maybe? or heavy rack pulls
