This is true, but there's still some good ones currently. Just different flows now and they are less lyrical because they all try to flow in a melody or do autotune style rap songs. 90s rappers were all about metaphors/punch-lines/lyrics.hip hop hasnt been good since the 90’s and thats an indisputable fact, it is not arguable, outside of some 90’s groups that kept going til the early 2000’s.

Rappers were still spitting until the mumble rap and autotune era. Some still spit but nothing like the rappers from past generations. It's all about melody raps like Migos or autotune like Future, or drill rap like the Chicago rappers now. Most current new rappers tend to follow one of those styles/formulas. There's still new rappers that spit though. Like Joyner Lucas being one of the new rappers that can spit. Logic as well. DaBaby can actually spit when he isn't trying to do mainstream rap. Lil baby can actually flow and is pretty lyrical as well if you listen to all his music and not just his singles and features. Many others as well.100% better than woodley unironically.
Don't be mean.
Okay, you're MOSTLY right, but some artists that came out in the 90's still had good songs in the 2000's but that decade didn't produce better rappers.
but I will say my favorite artist to emerge from the 2000's is kanye west, then probably TI, lupe fiasco
