the benching was alright and i would say 330 lbs for 4 reps is very, very good. you bounced a bit. but hey, the reps were ok. but i really dont know how anybody can say how many plates you used. i dont wanna say, you are a liar. but for me the rack made it impossible to count the plates.
 
Dude, seriously, you should throw away your lifting belt. I do all Military press trype moves standing, without a belt. It helps make you flex your core to keep your spine stable. I don't even use one for deadlifts. Give it a shot, your corse strength will improve tremendously.

You and he could compare lifting techniques. I bet you would get along fine.

Bench tech was barely passable with the big bounce and hips coming up every rep.

The over head press was just fucking stupid.

Your arms, at the lowest part of each rep didn't even make a 90' bend at the elbow.

Hell I flat bench ~365 right now but I can partial well over 405 through that ROM.

Thats just stupid.

I wanna see a squat and deadlift video next.

Oh and about the bench, I agree with ya NerdKing, but ya also gotta admit, there is a lot worse out there. Every rep went from chest to lockout without assistance, bounce/uneven extension can be forgiven on some training lifts. It was full ROM, which beats the rest of his videos, and the form wasn't quite as bad as "Max" DieselWeisel so what the hell.

I wouldn't be so critical of the bench if it came from a guy who was technical on his other lifts. I'd bet money that on a 1RM bench attempt his ass would be a foot off the bench and he'd have a Tank Abbot bounce. Just bugs me when someone says I can do lift XXX with weight YYY and then it turns out he doesn't even know what proper form for lift XXX looks like.

I thought your benching video was fine. For a training lift that passes in my book. Nice job!
