Colby needs banned

the only problem with this whole situation is a professional cage fighter pressing charges on another professional cage fighter for assault, Colby's being a b*tch, and will never get respect as a fighter after pressing charges. not to mention he lost a round to K1 Damien Maia.

Lol check out his wiki page now. Says he is 13-2 with his last loss coming via tko to a boomerang. hehe

Um..... that's pretty much a picture perfect EXAMPLE of a random reaction man.

Were you being serious or trolling?

Please help me, what did he say during the weigh in!?

I don't know tbh. Anyone else know?

I think everyone's only talking about his post fight speech which I'm sure you can google easily enough. It made waves....

I am getting a bit confused here. Some people are saying the thing he did that was unforgivable was during the weigh in while some are saying is his post speech. Others are saying something in a hotel room. I am now confused, that and now Jon Jones is commenting on it and his bringing his mother in to it.

Kind of all over the place but got to check it out.

McG paved the way.

Conor's ripping off Floyd act is so lame.

I don't know what he did at the weigh ins but he prob did something to the Brazilian crowd.

After the fight he informed them all that ALL BRAZILIANS are filthy animals!

Then he got a police escort to his hotel and a police guard outside his door and he was shook as hell and admitted that he and his father stayed up all night concerned for their safety and got shook when someone knocked on the door even though cops were supposed to be there because they didn't know if the cops were overpowered.

Then he dissed Jon Jones out of the blue for publicity and Jon came back and intimated that he fucked Cobly's mom and Colby hasn't said boo back to him yet.

Then he saw Werdum and called him names and Werdum swatted his phone and an altercation ensued and Werdum whipped the boomerang at him

Then the UFC decided they didn't want him fucking with their fighters and the publicity for their event so they told him to go home!

It's been one thing after another with this guy.

I miss the days where fighters were funny and clever with their xenophobia like Chael. Colby is just obnoxious crude.

One thing I noticed is, often times, when fighters talk shit, they do it about their opponent or a training camp. I don't recall a time when a fighter insulted a country/group of fans. That and if shit talking is going to take place, it better be witty and charming so it can be endearing in some ways like Chael.

I suppose that's why people are so mad at Colby.

The whole thing started with him reacting to the Brazilian crowd. Its not like he randomly called someone insults.
I agree that the Brazilian crowd is insufferable, however the way he went about his criticism was in poor form. You can’t make it about them, but you can criticize the act.

Yup, to be fair, Chael and Conor both insulted nationalities and others have too. But they didn't just come out and say everyone in the whole country is a filthy animal. I mean that's really counterproductive to any aspirations at all..... it's hilarious what he's getting back for it though. He's not going to get any special treatment for it. Not the kind of promotion the UFC seems to love.

True, if you want to shit talk the crowd, its best to do it in a charming manner like Chael Sonnen. That and the fans booing isn't something that's personal but rather its part of the fight culture. When the fighter starts insulting back, then the norm of the culture has changed and that becomes a new dynamic.

Its matter of expectation and that, the fighters are supposed to be characters who are stone cold in their demeanor and that nothing bothers them. While Colby broke that mold by reacting in the manner that he did.

I agree, Colby is not articulating anything that is silly like Chael were you know deep down you cant take serious. Or how Conor at least brings his own compatriot to the game and while he may insult a country, he will also compliment in that same breath which kind of has a redeeming effect.

Yup. Basically Conor and Chael both had wit and Colby lacks that but only has desire and ambition. So where they profited from their schticks, his might tank him. We'll see....

Why not, you wanker?
WANKER!?
That's rasict. I'm calling for a permanent ban from everything that matters to me and me alone.
I can't believe you so racism. Such discriminate. I am a proud people. ME!
