My favorite thing about Fedor is/was his emotionless, stone-cold killer persona. Get the job done type of shit.

Lots of great ones already mentioned. I also really like Diego; he's a bit cooky, but I could picture being friends with him. I've noticed that people that are genuine and sincere are usually the types to be taken advantage of, which seems to be the case with Diego and his weird former guru.

Also, my WMMA crush is Roxanne Modafferi. She's cute, but it's her personality that has me smitten.
