PWD WWE WrestlePalooza 2025: ESPN In Your House

That show sucked. Nothing special happened. At all. What's the fucking point?
I disagee that nothing special happened since Stephanie won the women's title as what would be considered a rookie on the main roster. Other than that though I do agree.

Fair enough. Still, that show had zero reason to exist. It was pushed like a PLE. Those matches mostly stunk. Raw is better. At least you get story and angle advancement.

Imagine buying a ticket for this? I would legitimately be angry.

Where does anyone go from here?

Cody and??? Brock? Been there, done that. Randy? Only if someone turns heel. Gunther? Maybe.

Drew needs... something. He's too over to get totally lost, but it doesn't look promising.

Seth and Punk again? Pass.

AJ and Becky, ok I guess.

There's still stuff with the Jimmy/Jey/Knight story so that's fine.

Brons need to get the tag titles now.

Cena only has 5 more appearances, so mabye 3 matches at most. Gunther is rumored to be one. Brock seems likely for another. Roman?

I don't want Brock in the World title picture so if not that, then what? Cena again and then.... Randy? Roman?

Iyo has her whole thing with Asuka and Kairi going on, and I imagine Rhea will stay a part of the story.

Stephanie gets who then? Bayley? Asuka would be cool.

Trips is out of ideas

Seth and Punk feels like Mania to me. Maybe not continuously, but I feel that's the end goal. Asuka will be tied up with Iyo and, I still believe, Rhea. They'll probably stick her with one of the Judgment Day girls, since they're the only heel women on Raw except for Becky. Maybe can we get a little Chelsea over on the red brand for a while?

Agree with giving the Brons the tag belts.

Steph vs the JD girls is a good call.

Crown Jewel is normally world champ vs world champ, so it looks like it'll be Cody vs Seth and Steph vs the triple threat winner.

Tonight sucked. As a major fan of WWE and wrestling in general, I've loved hanging out and talking shit with everyone here during the "Premium Live Events" for many years. However, I really have no use for the ESPN app outside of that, and (incoming "you sound poor"), but Peacock also had On Patrol Live, and some random movies/shows from time to time I'll watch.

I can't justify the $30 because for me it would be a return to the ppv model we had broken free from. Cash is king though, so I understand why they did it, but at the moment atleast it's not for me.

It left a bad taste in my mouth too. I watched All Out right before and it was another good AEW ppv. The main event was great. Then I pay my $30 for Wrestlepalooza and it was such a contrast. Ads plastered everywhere, super commercialized, and then all the matches were pretty bad except for Vaquer/Iyo. I went from being content spending $50 for a wrestling ppv to really disappointed spending $30 for a "PLE". Im really not liking the TKO era. Which sucks ass because WWE have a lot of really talented wrestlers.
