As far as I know, it was made up in the Der Eisbar thread where he was talking about how great Boise was to live in. People then tracked the shithole apartment he lived in. Then excessive trolling occurred and he doubled down on how nice it is and all of the hot girls. Alas, Boise Dime originated. This was probably in 2014-2015, so it's been a while.
