Aight, I'm ignoring you moving forward, you are indeed retarded. Just FYI, laws exist, so just people can't do what I just said. Because if anyone can park there, some genius would get 50 cars and take all the parking, then charge people to park there with his permission. so laws exist to stop people from doing that, and it isn't free forever parking, like you say it is. Its government owned public road way.
