That's usually in the city, where parking violations is half of their income. Yes, you can get towed in certain areas if you are violating the parking laws that are explicitly posted on signs everywhere. In most residential areas, they may have a rule on which side of the road you can park on, but that's about it. It's totally normal to park on the side of the street in most areas.

At the end of the day, this is still a person that's committing crimes. That doesnt mean she deserved to be shot, but you keep framing it as if only the agents made any mistakes at all.
