She's currently out on bond for multiple charges, and she's still on supervised probation for the 1/22/2022 charge after violating her probation multiple times.
She has multiple restraining orders, I don't want to post those cases to protect the victims, and is facing charges for violating one of them.

Her Domestic violence charge in 2021 resulted in a year and a day prison sentence, not probation, she was sent directly to the state pen. North Dakota never sends women to jail for domestic violence, so she really had to fuck up, or fucked someone up, to get jail time.

People do change, and I hope she does, but her record shows she hasn't.

She's going to be doing a lot more jail time in ND, no matter her outcome in Minnesota. I looked a bit more into it, and she's facing probation violations on multiple charges that she's already served time for.
I don't get how she was out on bond in the first place. I would assume you probably shouldn't be leaving the state and going to a casino while you're on probation, either.

And this is just her ND stuff, it has nothing to do with the charges in MN.
But, considering her past, it's pretty safe to assume we're not getting the full story either.

Where on earth are you getting that agents and enforcers are randomly deciding you're a shit bag and looking for a crime they can lock you up for? There are 16 crimes right there on her rap sheet that she can be locked up for. Domestic violence. Child neglect. Burglary. The police don't need to randomly drum up drug charges in order to get this woman. She's a menace to herself, her family and society. She should be locked up.

I don't know the exact law, or the requirements, but I know ND has something where they can label someone a career criminal, and they get a modifier on their sentence.

This country has too many invasive and draconian laws, on both the federal and state level. We have a whole economy based on the manufactured suffering and depravation of liberty of others. Judges, lawyers, cops, private prisons, etc all make their livings because of bad laws and wrongful imprisonment.
