Dude got a title shot by beating old man Faber and old man Rivera, got his belt by beating old man Aldo, he is good but he is not even close to the best BW in the UFC like the promotion and the fans were selling him, he didn't face anyone elite on their prime during his rise.

not overrated, hes good

I am not sure but it looked like his left leg was hurt at some point and this hindered him so much, also hurt his striking

Merab is a beast tho

IMO Yan beats Suga in a rematch, but loses again to Merab

He's not the boxer everyone makes him out to be, but he's a very complete fighter. He isn't defenseless in any position. He's just been fighting nothing but top dudes. The Sugar Shins fight was a robbery.

Four.
And was a 2 to 1 favorite today. Fucking wild.
If you can stay safe and up the output on him, victory awaits. Aljo kinda laid out a solid blueprint.
Sean went high output with the striking.
Merab with the grappling.
I think the plan is out on Yan.

Yan just exposed in that fight against Merab badly

Honestly Yan needs to be on the prelims for his next fight after that crap performance

He’s very good, but I never agreed with those that were pegging him as being a long term and unbeatable champ when he won the belt.

All were close. But Yan obviously not invincible. Needs to score more. Sean of all people probably landed most. Sterling had most convincing but still close win.

When Umar climbs the ladder, he'll be outside the top 5.

After getting outstruck by Sean and outgrappled by Sterling and Merab it's safe to say he isn't actually the best at either area like what used to be the opinion around here.

Still strong in all those areas sure, but beatable.

He definitely shouldn’t be bullying people like that a few days ago.
