I was out tonight running errands and happened to catch Glenn beck and his cohost talking about it. I never listen to him, but he was in the am talk radio station I sometimes listen to if I am out.

They were saying that once they lay these people off, even if congress then comes back to fund the government, these jobs wont necessarily come back, that they have to be put in a bill and/or appropriated for.

Perhaps more importantly tho, they laid off people don’t automatically get their job back. They would have to apply for it. Meaning someone else could apply and fill it. So if the vast majority of federal employees are currently democrat, they can now replace them with merit based people, rather than DEI and woke hires
