Will an Indian ever hold a UFC strap?

This guy will be the Atom Weight Champion:

that's racist man, come on
ur lucky ur not skinny like that because of where u were born

I work with a ton of Indians and they don't seem to be into MMA much. That said, India is a massive country with over a billion people. One would think they'd be able to produce a top tier fighter or two.

However all the Indians I work with don't seem to possess an athletic bone in their body. I'm confident that if my office had an open weight tournament I'd at least make it to the finals.

So, will we ever see Dana putting the belt on an Indian fighter?

strap-on yes, belt no

I have seen plenty of fat people in india. It is scary you think people are skinny just because of where they are from.....kinda racist.

You call me racist when you have Mike Perry in your avatar, who wouldn't condemn the racist remarks of his corner man? I was born in Asia, and am a skinner fucker, so it's kinda like a black guy being allowed to use the 'N' word to his bros.

I am in accounting for a tech company. I live in an apartment complex that is no lie 75% Indian people. Needless to say during my lunch break I don't have anyone here to debate whether or not Conor is GOAT.

I hope you at least like the food since you are smelling it all the time.

I have seen some videos of some strong badass fucking Indians. If MMA was popular there and there were a few teams there, they could produce champs. But they don't seem interested in MMA for the most part, so it is unlikely.

This is why i'm always confused when I hear people say they want to visit India. What kind of fucking vacation can you have when you're surrounded by poor people? I've noticed that Europeans are experts at blocking that shit out, though.
I hear you. I was born there and some parts are a fucking shit hole. I would never go back to visit and cannot wrap my head round why some people from the West would vacation there either.

Some parts are shitholes and some parts aren't. People most likely visit to get a sense of a unique culture, just like people in your own part of the world would visit New Orelans, even though the majority of people there are poor. Tourists aren't visiting trailer parks in Alabama the same way that tourists aren't visiting slums in New Delhi.

A few hundred Big Macs have put some meat on my bones. And if you open your "motherfucking eyes", you'll see that his corner man was being absolutely racist.

India does ok in wrestling and the law of numbers suggests a mma star could rise but may not be in UFC.
