that's true, that's why it's really a self-conscious thing working on something new with people around, you know they are judging you, but like my idol prince said when he was asked if he'd ever fallen while dancing, he said you can't be any good if you're not ready to fall. Personally, I don't think he Wilder looks that bad, especially for the crap I've been seeing (including andre ward on the heavy bag.) I'm just saying the same thing that his trainer, Mark Breland asked him about Zellenoff "Why didn't you knock him out?" after reprimanding him for even being in the situation. As far as 100 percent on the bag, fighters vary, I try to do a variety when I'm training, working on volume with not much power, working on power with perfect technique, working on power with horrible technique, it all helps. Tyson used to kill the bag, foreman did too, Ali would work magic on the bag but as in the ring, he didn't look to be trying to kill it.You don't go full force on the bag.
He could just be doing little things hes working on in that video that we are unaware of.
Its not going to be like hes in 100% fight mode, ripping into the heavy bag.
