Alan shepherd hit a golf ball on the moon on the Apollo 14 trip. Smuggled the golf club on board. I think he was like 47 when he went to the moon. Not only was he the only one of the origional 7 astronauts to walk on the moon but he was the first American to fly in space in the mercury program.
